JR Columns

As an increasing number of two-story and larger homes are being constructed, greater loads are being placed on the structural support columns.

In response, Roestenberg Welding of Lucan, Ontario has developed and is manufacturing a CCMC approved top adjusting singel tube steel column, the JR COLUMN. The tallest top adjusting metal column.

The JR COLUMN is rated at 145.8 KN (Approx. 30,000 lbs), it's load capacity at a maximum allowable length of 2540 mm (100 inches). Each column has a top adjustment of 102mm (4 inches), and is 76 mm (3" x 3" inches). The columns are primed to inhibit rust.

The JR COLUMN has been tested, evaluated and approved by the National Research Council of Canada and has been granted a CCMC number (13029-L). Each JR COLUMN is authenticated with this number, along with the maximum load capacity, which appears on the sticker of each column manufactured.
